KCI Companies’ core businesses include: KCI Realty & Consulting, LLC, a real estate brokerage company that represents buyers, sellers and investors of both residential and commercial real estate. The Investment Consulting Service includes helping new and existing investors strategically purchase real estate as well as managing properties. KCI Rehab & Remodeling, LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor in the city of Chicago and many surrounding suburbs. They perform services on a variety of different projects including basements, kitchens, baths, windows, entire home remodeling, apartment buildings remodeling and repairs, business remodels or renovations. As a six-award winner of the Chicago Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Awards, KCI Rehab & Remodeling, LLC positioned themselves as one of the leading and most recognized contractors in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Eric V. Fullilove
Eric V. Fullilove (photo at right), an entrepreneur, educator, author and seasoned real estate expert. His background includes an active landlord, real estate investor, runs a licensed general contractor firm, runs a licensed real estate managing broker firm and created an all-inclusive real estate consultant program.
As a graduate from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS in Electrical Engineering, one of the most prestigious engineering schools in the country, he has learned how to think logically, solve problems effectively, and pay attention to detail which has only contributed to his success in real estate.
